- Prepare and serve a wide range of hospitality meeting room requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about coffee, ingredients, and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including catering equipment, countertops, and display cases.
- Restock supplies and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient for daily operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Stay updated on new food and beverage trends, techniques, and industry developments to provide the best possible service to customers.
- Manage incoming hospitality enquiries and planning your time effectively
- Working with the adjacent sites to order and plan fine dining and larger events
- Supporting with hospitality room set ups and moving furniture where required to make a great set up
- Support with receiving of goods, safe storage and best practice for good food management
- Support with light food preparation, such as sandwich prep, future opportunity to provide fresh bakes and expand the menu based on client requests and your own creativity.
- Work closely to make sure timings and operational needs are well communicated on site
