Whether you're building on early PMO experience or stepping into a new challenge with confidence, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex digital and business transformation projects.As a PMO Analyst, you'll support the delivery of large-scale programmes by providing key services across reporting, financials, governance, planning, and resource management. You'll work closely with Programme Managers, PMO Leads, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of technology-enabled change.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor budgets, track costs, and manage project reportingSupport planning activities using Clarity and Open WorkbenchMaintain RAID logs and oversee risk/issue processesManage change control and ensure governance complianceSupport onboarding/offboarding, resource tracking, and documentation standardsIdeal ExperienceExperience in a PMO role within IT, consultancy, or digital transformationGood understanding of project and programme lifecyclesMS Project is desirableHighly organised with strong communication skillsAdaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under directionKeen to pursue or already working toward a PMO qualification (e.g. P3O)Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plusMust be eligible for SC clearanceContact: Zach Bennett - CPS Group
