Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist looking to support individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Progressive Neurological Conditions (PNC), and associated complex physical health needs?Join a national organisation committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care through multidisciplinary teamwork, clinical excellence, and professional growth.Key responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions
  • Support individuals with communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
  • Work as part of a dynamic MDT including OT, Physio, Nursing, Psychology and more
  • Develop individualised therapy plans in inpatient, community or residential settings
  • Provide advice, training and support to carers, families, and professionals
  • Contribute to service development and best-practice clinical care
Essential criteria
  • HCPC registration
  • Postgraduate qualification recognised by the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
  • Clinical experience working with ABI, PNC, and complex neurological or physical conditions
  • Competency in dysphagia management
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative working skills
  • Passion for delivering holistic, person-centred care
