  • Provide tailored support to students with diverse special educational needs, including those with challenging behaviours.
  • Assist with engaging classroom activities, maintaining a positive and safe learning atmosphere.
  • Offer personal care, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene support, when necessary.
  • Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of classroom teachers.
  • Cultivate a nurturing environment to boost student engagement and participation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic education and care.
What They're Looking For:
  • Experience with children with special educational needs is a plus, but not essential.
  • Ability to handle and positively respond to challenging behaviour.
  • Willingness to provide personal care as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the school's location and off-site activities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with SEN.
