Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting out key client as they seek an experienced MI & Reporting professional to join a dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of implementing world-class operational platforms and management information systems.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing reporting processes as part of a major transformation project, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, effective, and scalable solutions and maintaining this on a BAU basis.On offer is a strong salary, bonus and benefits package including very flexible hybrid working pattern.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead reporting transformation - Design and implement new MI reporting solutions and test data validation processes
  • Drive ERP system implementation - Execute dual run processing activities and support data migration/cleansing
  • Develop processes and policies - Define end-to-end MI process flows and create/update policy documentation
  • Deliver training and support - Execute ERP training programs and support organizational change management
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and senior management
Previous Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar MI, data reporting or financial data analyst position is required
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and management reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop complex financial reports
  • Advanced MS Office skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, formatting)
  • Working knowledge of financial systems and Power BI
  • Experience reporting to and interacting with senior management
  • Proven track record in shared service environments
