This school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions. All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in care or education, supporting individuals with additional needs.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children thrive.Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs.
  • Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities.
  • Work closely with teachers and healthcare professionals to support each child's learning and well-being.
  • Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding.
