- Collaborate closely with bid teams to prepare and submit competitive tenders
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates across a range of construction projects
- Identify and evaluate project risks during the pre-construction phase
- Manage pre-qualification, quality, and pre-bid submissions
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and design consultants
- Conduct site visits as required to assess project requirements and constraints
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry practices
- Proven track record in delivering successful bids and managing the tender process
- Experience working across sectors such as education, commercial, and industrial
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to present estimates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites when required
