- Leading the resolution of debit balances across the Accounts Payable Ledger.
- Ensuring cashflow reporting is accurate by bringing ledgers fully up to date.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to identify, investigate, and resolve outstanding issues.
- Applying auditing and financial control practices to support ledger accuracy and compliance.
- Managing and delivering a defined "clean-up" project to agreed timelines and standards.
- Providing clear reporting and progressing updates to senior management.
- Demonstrated success in financial remediation or ledger "clean-up" projects.
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and cashflow management.
- Experience of working with audit and financial controls frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues collaboratively.
