- Coach and mentor managers in delivering effective feedback, helping them to support their teams with practical improvement strategies.
- Analyse performance data and KPIs, using insights to shape training interventions and track progress.
- Design and deliver induction training for new iBus Controllers and create tailored development plans for Performance Managers.
- Conduct training quality audits, ensuring consistency and high standards across all locations.
- Champion a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
- A relevant degree from a top-tier university.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training staff in performance-driven environments.
- Strong track record of embedding structured feedback and performance monitoring processes.
- Confident communicator, able to deliver clear feedback to individuals and groups.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple training and observation cycles simultaneously.
- Skilled at using data to measure progress and inform development strategies.
- Experience designing and delivering structured training programmes, ideally in transport, operations, or a regulated setting.
- Experience implementing performance management or quality assurance frameworks.
