Overview:We are hiring a Civils Site Supervisor to work on clean water projects.
  • £22 per hour
  • Travel and overnights stay will be part of the role
We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment. What you'll be doing: You will be responsible, in a working supervisory capacity, for overseeing day-to-day site operations. You will ensure civil engineering projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Duties /Responsibilities • Assist with and supervise the delivery of civils schemes • Ensure the site team adheres to the company’s working procedures • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. • Report all Health, Safety, and Environmental accidents and issues • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment including the team wears full PPE, at all times. • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc • Lead on all aspects of health, safety and welfare on site. This includes, but is not limited to risk assessments, method statements, construction phase plans etc. Who we’re looking for:Demonstratable experience in small to medium size civil projects, inclusive of groundworks, formwork, concrete works, footpaths, structures, excavations inclusive of shoring.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • Plant operator for excavator, 10 ton and above would be preferable, dumper.
  • Experienced in the installation and management of temporary works and hold a temporary works supervisor qualification.
  • Experience in operating plant and managing plant operators.
  • Experience of issuing site-based permits (eg to dig etc…)
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely, following relevant training.
  • Possess a full driving licence What we're offering:
