You'll be working on challenging projects, collaborating with senior leaders, and helping us unlock the full value of Oracle Fusion ERP to drive business agility and performanceResponsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion ERP across Finance, HCM, and Procurement.
  • Develop and maintain ERP roadmaps that align with our enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and performance across modules, workflows, and reporting.
  • Translate business needs into secure, compliant, and future-ready designs.
  • Provide architectural assurance on ERP projects and enhancements.
  • Support integration and automation using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and modern best practices.
  • Promote standards in configuration, data governance, role-based access, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of Oracle's roadmap and industry trends, guiding adoption of new capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Architect (or similar).
  • Expertise across Finance, HCM, and Procurement modules.
  • Track record of delivering ERP architecture roadmaps and influencing strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP integration patterns, security, and governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
