Taunton or ExeterThis Litigation Solicitor vacancy is within a well-established law firm with multiple offices in the South West of England.Salary and benefits:
- Competitive salary – Starting from £51,000
- Hybrid working model – minimum three days per week in-office
- 25 days holiday + buy/sell up to 1 week
- Private Medical Insurance, Bonus scheme and Mentoring programs
- Provide commercial litigation advice to commercial clients
- Advise clients on regulatory investigations, including those involving the HSE, EA, Food Standards Agency and Trading Standards
- Supporting clients following an incident or accident, under caution and/or internal investigation
- Providing compliance and risk management advice
- Develop your own profile within the regulatory & compliance market
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive
- NQ-4 years PQE within commercial litigation
- Newly Qualified lawyers with good court/litigation exposure are welcome to apply
- Criminal lawyers wishing to specialise are welcome to apply
