This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and delivering global compensation strategies that not only attract and retain top talent but also ensure compliance and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. You will lead on executive remuneration, incentive design, and group-wide reward initiatives, providing trusted guidance to senior stakeholders and the Remuneration Committee.The package on offer is highly competitive, with excellent benefits including a generous bonus, car allowance, shares and pension.
