- Develop, lead and implement the Brand’s strategy of a blended retail experience to deliver a pioneering and future proof customer experience.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and retailer network staff to integrate the use of a variety of digital tools into a modern sales process to deliver an improved commercial result for the brand and network.
- Digital marketing experience with a strong understanding of its importance to drive commercial performance through retailer network.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills internally, externally (agencies) and with the Factory.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and progress large and smaller scale digital projects and content updates
- Confident and clear communicator
- Strong influencing skills across internal and Factory colleagues and retailers.
