We're working with a renowned name and top player in its market who are seeking a commercial lawyer to handle a range of commercial law and corporate matters. Reporting into a highly supportive Head of Legal, you will have responsibility for : assisting on customer and supplier contracts and advising on bids and tenders, to advising on strategic projects, as well as others matters such as GDPR, Employment, IT/Tech contacts. The business is highly acquisitive, so you will also be assisting on managing large corporate M&A projects. If you are a lawyer wanting a true step up in the level of work on offer to you, this offers that. You will get a lot of exposure to the business and the business are looking for a lawyer who can advise on the legal risk, but also balance that with the commercial reward. Those seeking their first in-house move are encouraged to apply as this would give fantastic learning and exposure but in a caring and supportive team. You will be a minimum of 1 PQE and it is key that you have who have gained experience in either commercial or corporate M&A.
