To support continued growth and uphold their reputation as one of the highest-rated firms in the industry, they are now seeking an additional Site Manager, or an experienced construction professional ready to step into the role, to oversee projects in their northern region.In this role, you will be responsible for the full supervision and management of construction sites from start to finish. Key duties include ordering materials, coordinating and accepting deliveries, updating project programmes, setting out, reviewing drawings, and conducting quality checks. This is a site-based position, primarily located at either the Leeds or Sheffield site, with the expectation of working between both locations once familiar with the projects and processes.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Groundworks, Earthworks or Civil Engineering, and be eager to take the next step in their career with a company that genuinely invests in the development and progression of its staff.This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader, in a role offering progression, training, and the chance to work on a variety of niche projects across the construction sector.The Role:
- Site Manager - Sports Pitch Construction.
- Overseeing projects on site from start to finish.
- Ordering materials, accepting deliveries, setting out.
- Projects include construction of sports facilities - 3G/4G pitches, Astro, hard courts etc.
- Understanding of Groundworks / Earthworks / Civils.
- Either established or looking to step up and lead projects as a Site Manager.
- Commutable to Leeds and Sheffield.
- SSSTS and CSCS accreditations desirable.
