DescriptionEarly Years Practitioners Wanted - Level 2 & Level 3 Harrogate | Flexible Working | Private Day NurseriesAre you a nurturing, passionate Early Years Practitioner with a love for supporting children's learning and development? We're looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners to join our growing team, working across beautiful, well-established private day nurseries in Harrogate.What you'll be doing:As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality childcare, supporting children's developmental milestones, and creating stimulating learning environments that inspire curiosity and creativity.You'll support across all age groups - from baby room to toddler and pre-school, following the EYFS framework and promoting learning through play.Key Responsibilities:Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environmentPlan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support Prime and Specific Areas of learningObserve, assess and record children's progressPromote personal, social, and emotional developmentEncourage communication and language skills, physical development, and early literacy and numeracyBuild strong relationships with children, families, and nursery teamsEnsure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times????
