- Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations for the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations within the sector.
- Support the preparation of tax-related financial reporting, including deferred tax calculations.
- Provide tax advice on business transactions and projects, ensuring tax efficiency.
- Coordinate with external advisors on tax audits and other tax-related matters.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Assist in maintaining accurate tax records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth integration of tax processes
- A recognised qualification in accountancy or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Proven experience in corporate tax within the property industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
