- Collaborate with broader Scotland team to develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets in your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations to healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow your territory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to your team to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales or customer/patient-facing roles (preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare setting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within your territory.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape in the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.
