Are you looking for a new role as a Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager? If so, this new opportunity may be for you!My client is searching for a Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager to join their East of England based Council.Key Points:
  • 9-month initial contract
  • 2-3 days (in-office / on-site)
Main Duties:
  • Take ownership of regeneration projects from initial feasibility through to delivery
  • Develop business cases and explore redevelopment options for Council land
  • Work closely with elected Members, internal teams, and communities to shape schemes
  • Procure and manage consultants to support design, planning, and delivery
  • Support site acquisitions and disposals within the legal and planning framework
  • Help appoint and oversee delivery partners
  • Ensure smooth project delivery in line with council priorities and deadlines
  • Provide concise reports and updates to senior leaders and committees
About You:
  • Ideally have experience in the public sector
  • Ideally have MRICS
