Location: Newcastle Quayside
Duration: 1 Week (Temporary)We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee a hotel project based on Newcastle Quayside. This is a short-term position, lasting for one week, providing key site management support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Role Responsibilities:*Supervise site activities, ensuring health andamp; safety compliance at all times
*Coordinate and oversee trades and subcontractors on site
*Monitor progress and report back to management
*Maintain high standards of site organisation and housekeeping
*Ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications and timescalesRequirements:*Previous experience as a Site Foreman, ideally on hotel or commercial projects
*Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
*CSCS card (essential)
*Strong leadership and communication skills
