THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape innovative, intuitive, and inspiring tools for music creators worldwide. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end design for key product areas—from discovery and concepting to polished, production-ready experiences, balancing user needs with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to solve complex problems, elevate design craft, and bring a consistent brand voice to our products. Ideal candidates combine strong interaction and visual design skills with a deep empathy for creators, a passion for music, and the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, delightful experiences.To apply for this role you need to visit .WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Envision the next generation of user interfaces and experiences for Spitfire Audio products
- Sketch, wireframe, prototype, design, and deliver high-fidelity visuals and interactions
- Facilitate design projects from problem definition to production and beyond
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and others to drive projects forward and contribute to the overall direction of your area
- Leverage UXR and analytics to validate and evaluate design solution effectiveness
- Participate and provide feedback in design reviews
- You have 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer
- Proficiency with DAW-based music production
- You have a demonstrated ability to turn abstract ideas into high-quality designs
- You have a portfolio showcasing a history of high-quality work
- You can clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems you’re solving
- You’re self-actualizing. You take ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail
- You’re humble; ready to provide, receive, and incorporate actionable feedback
- You can prototype and/or build your work with code
- You have experience with UI micro-interactions and motion
- You have experience working at high-growth organizations
