- A relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN.
- Strong understanding of SEN practises and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Patience and empathy in supporting students with diverse learning requirements.
- Additional certifications in SEN education or related fields.
- Experience working in a variety of educational settings.
