Location: Corby
Position: Vehicle Polisher
Working Hours: Sunday PM – Thursday AM 10pm-6AM
Salary: £20.41 per hour
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? You’ll work under the Workshop Shift Manager, carrying out any necessary polish and vehicle finishing techniques to ensure vehicles are in pristine condition prior to dispatch.Key Responsibilities:
To prepare and carryout any necessary polish techniques.
To ensure that all vehicles are completing using appropriate SMART Techniques
To ensure all materials are used within the manufacture’s instruction and minimal usage for effective repair.
To remove and replace / fit protector moulding, transfer and decals if required.
To apply finishing materials, water and solvency-based materials.
To carry out buffering and burnishing on parts and panels.
To adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
To undertake any other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function
About you?
To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
Previous SMART Vehicle Polishing experience.
Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
