  • Commercial Litigation is one of the best performing departments in terms of revenue. You will join an entrepreneurial, dynamic and forward-thinking team.
  • You will deal with an excellent quality of work, most of which comes in from word of mouth and referrals. The firm has an ethos of putting the client as their focus, and adding real value to matters, and charging well for the value that they add.
  • You will work across a wide range of industry sectors and businesses ranging from SME, national companies and international companies, making for an interesting role, this will include, media, FMCG, retail, leisure, health, travel and private equity.
  • The work will include; shareholder disputes, arbitration and meditation, debt recovery, copyright and trademark infringement, defamation, HMRC enquiries, corporate insolvency, breach of contract and seizure orders.
  • You will lead the department with the other partner, as well as mentoring and developing the team you will work on strategy, planning and business development.
  • This role could prove to be a good opportunity for an ambitious senior associate seeking a pathway for career progression, potentially in a top-heavy team.
  • You should be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (no limit regarding the amount of experience, and candidates from both a contentious and non-contentious background are encouraged to apply)
  • Salary will be competitive and dependent on your background and experience.
