Join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing. We're looking for a skilled Process Engineer to improve systems, drive efficiencies, and support the scale-up of new processes.What You'll Do:
- Optimise and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
- Lead equipment and process failure investigations.
- Implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma & OEE tools.
- Support new equipment from spec to validation.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency projects.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred).
- 3-5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Solid grasp of cGMP, validation, and quality systems.
- Experience with aseptic techniques is a plus.
- Proven team leadership and project delivery skills.
