The position will see you handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, with significant advisory work as a senior member as you work with clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors, shareholders, and individuals. - Excellent knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law
- Ability to handle a wide range of clients and cases
- Experience in administrations, receiverships, voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidation, directors' duties, and bankruptcy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in supervising and supporting junior team members
