Gap personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our busy Mansfield office on a permanent basis.Are you a proactive, people-oriented individual with a passion for connecting talent with opportunityDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, gap personnel want to hear from you.At gap personnel, we are leaders in the UK recruitment industry, dedicated to finding the perfect match between candidates and employers.Hours of Work; 0830am-1700pm , Monday to FridaySalary; £25,000 - £27,000 per yearWhat You'll Do:
  • Source, identify, and through various channels including job boards, social media, gap personnel recruitment portal
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Manage and update our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Complete various administration tasks as needed
  • Control the candidate security screening process
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
  • Strong administration skills
  • It will be a benefit if you own and drive your own car, but not essential
