- Apply proven methodologies to assess organisational readiness and conduct stakeholder analyses to drive successful change.
- Monitor the implementation of change initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a change agent, championing best practices across the IT organisation.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and initiate software application and system changes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Proven expertise in change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
