·Provide professional services in accordance with the Project Manager role under NEC4
·Assist with the Tender Assessment process
·Manage the works during the construction phase of the works in accordance with NEC4 Option A and administration as required in accordance with the role
·Attend scheduled and ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Client
·Manage the Quantity Surveyor & Construction Supervisor throughout the duration of the Contract and the worksThe NEC4 Project Manager will have key experience in:
·Working on NEC4 Projects
