- Duty manage the Clubhouse Food and Beverage department
- Attend to all customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way.
- To be familiar with all facilities and services, promotions and events available in the golf operation and within the hotel
- To delegate tasks and duties fairly and professionally whilst ensuring levels of consistency in service and overall performance and execution of what has been requested.
- To effectively supervise team members whilst on duty, to ensure all required tasks are carried out in accordance with Guest and Company requests.
- To liaise with the different hotel departments in order to ensure all group booking details are correct, and are implemented and to ensure operational excellence when delivering the dream for Carden Park.
