Sacco Mann are recruiting for a residential conveyancer to join a leading law firm at their office in central Leeds. The role would suit a residential conveyancer with upwards of 12 months experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload.The RoleJoining the team, you will be running your own caseload of both freehold and leasehold residential property sales and purchases.Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase to include remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership etc.
  • Title checking.
  • Preparing property searches.
  • Corresponding with clients, other party Solicitors and third parties.
  • Preparing files for exchange and completion.
  • Land registry formalities.
About You
  • At least 12 months experience of running your own sales and purchase files from start to finish
  • Other experience with new build and shareholder agreements transactions is desirable
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Driven to develop your residential conveyancing career further
