  • You will be primarily recruiting at Partner level into the Capabilities Sector, a 600+ team of experts working across specialisms including Digital, AI & Solutions Engineering, Digital & Technology Transformation, Operational Excellence, Customer Transformation, Supply Chain & Procurement and Organisation, People and Change.
  • As part of our Digital & AI Strategy, the Recruitment Manager will play a vital role in shaping our approach to hiring Digital and AI literate talent into the business
  • Act as the first point of contact for your own areas and as the escalation point for the areas of your team on any queries or issues regarding the recruitment into the relevant Sector.
  • Lead on delivering monthly, quarterly, annual review meetings with BU Leads, Sector COOs and Sector Leads for your BUs on recruitment activity. You will be comfortable telling a story with data, narrating trends and anomalies, and using it to drive routes to market and wider processes.
  • Be responsible for setting the direction and guiding the recruitment function through evolving technology, maximising efficiencies and process.
  • Develop and maintain best practice guides for hiring in high-growth tech areas (e.g. AI engineering, data science, platform architecture).
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market shifts in digital hiring, feeding insights into the recruitment team and EVP positioning as well as collaborating with our wider people team function.
  • Responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of a team of more junior recruiters and assistants, ensuring that they are providing a high level of service to both the business and candidates.
  • Working as part of the Recruitment Leadership Team (RLT), managing a variety of planned and ad-hoc projects (likely to be a combination of one-off items and those linked to continuous improvement of the recruitment function) across a variety of areas.
Your skills and experience
  • You will be an experienced recruiter, having worked ideally in both an Agency and In House background in the past.
  • Experience working within a Management consulting environment, particularly within the technology space.
  • You will have experience working as a true partner to the business, driving forward recruitment in all its stages from candidate sourcing to offer and beyond.
  • You will have a strong track record of active talent sourcing through a variety of methods and techniques.
  • You will be able to, and be excited to, juggle multiple requirements at once across varying levels and skillsets.
  • You will be a strong communicator and team player.
  • You will have experience leading, motivating and developing a team.
