You'll work on both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients on strategic HR issues, complex tribunal claims and providing practical employment law guidance across various industries. Your caseload will include handling high-value, complex employment disputes, conducting investigations and advising on employment law matters within corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
