
Laboratory Customer Service Advisor

- A degree in Biomedical Science, Biology, or another medical-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–12 months of call centre experience, ideally within a medical or healthcare environment
- Proven experience within customer service
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
- A professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
- Providing frontline customer service to clients, doctors, and patients
- Communicating lab test results and processes (confidentiality is vital)
- Handling general enquiries and explaining diagnostic procedures
- Arranging couriers and managing supplies requests
- Monday to Friday: Between 07:00 – 23:00
- Rotating shifts such as 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, 11am–8pm, or 2pm–11pm
- Saturdays: 07:00 – 23:00
- Sundays: 09:00 – 18:00
- Bank Holidays: 09:00 – 17:30
