The literacy tutor has a central role in ensuring a high quality intervention service is provided to students. You will have a unique opportunity to develop our reading culture and place our students at the centre of our literacy strategy. You will also deliver small group and one to one literacy interventions that seek to ensure students that require additional support with reading and writing make rapid progress.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the library supports teaching and learning throughout the school. You must be pro-active in your approach to the promotion of reading across the school.
