
Second Line IT Support

- Provide 2nd line IT support and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain IT assets, ensuring accurate records and smooth allocation to users.
- Support and administer IT systems, including Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and safeguarding solutions.
- Deliver training and create knowledge resources to upskill stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, including cybersecurity and data protection.
- A passion for IT and technology with experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant IT qualifications or a willingness to achieve them.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT solutions.
- Knowledge of scripting, automation, and network infrastructure.
- Must be able to drive and have access to own transport for travel across sites.
