- Tuesday to Saturdays – 8am to 5pm (with the odd event)

- Assisting with creative menu planning and flawless execution of dishes.
- Playing a key role in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
- Ensuring all dishes consistently meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Their own transportation – car or motorbike due to the location of the estate
- Proven Chef de Partie experience in a similar busy restaurant environment.
- Experience at a 2 AA Rosette level would be ideal, but not essential.
- A strong passion for quality food and culinary artistry.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to motivate and train junior chefs effectively.
