We're looking for passionate and enthusiastic Shift Managers to help shape the future of our award-winning takeaways!As a Shift Manager, you'll be a key part of the team, leading by example to deliver exceptional food and customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.About the RoleWe're on the hunt for Shift Managers to join us at our Chellaston takeaway site. In this role, you'll support the General Manager, help with creating shift schedules, place orders with suppliers, conduct weekly stock checks, and ensure our high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained. You'll also lead and inspire a dynamic team of kitchen and customer service staff.This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop their leadership skills and grow within a successful business. It's a stepping stone to an Assistant Manager position as we continue to expand.About You
  • You have experience leading and supporting a team.
  • You're passionate about delivering great customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.
  • You're confident managing people, solving problems, and making decisions under pressure.
  • You lead by example, motivating and supporting your team to consistently deliver high standards.
  • You're a great communicator who can give clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • You enjoy learning and developing new techniques and sharing your knowledge with the team.
  • You're a team player who values respect, individuality, and collaboration.
