Are you a passionate and creative Music Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of musicians?Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of several forward-thinking and inclusive secondary schools in Sefton, Liverpool, who are seeking dynamic and adaptable Music Teachers to join their schools from September 2025 (or sooner if available).Role ResponsibilitiesTeach engaging and inspiring Music lessons across KS3 & KS4Cover a range of musical disciplines including music theory, performance, composition, and music technologySupport student progress through assessment, feedback, and personalised learningFoster a love for music and creativity in a supportive classroom environmentContribute to whole-school performances, concerts, and extracurricular music activitiesRequirements
To be considered for this Music Teacher position, candidates must have:QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualificationStrong subject knowledge in Music and Music EducationExcellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skillsA genuine enthusiasm for music and inspiring young people through the artsAn Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
