- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as either a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD).
- Demonstrated minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health services.
- Documentation of ongoing professional development following registration.
- Exhibit a proactive and positive demeanor, dedicated to fostering improvement and maintaining high standards.
- Possess exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication proficiencies.
- Familiarity with NMC standards, guidelines, and professional protocols.
- Understanding of the Mental Health Act and adherence to its Code of Practice.
