Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30, Saturday 9:00-16:00 (alternate Saturdays)
Start Date: ASAPWe are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a leading local, independent Estate Agent in Derbyshire.Duties will include:
- Liaising and maintaining excellent relationships with both Vendors & Prospective buyers
- Booking valuations, arranging viewings & negotiating offer
- Photographing properties & creating virtual tours, using Giraffe360
- Progressing sales, updating both Vendors & Purchaser
- Making solicitor & mortgage referrals
- Working to deadlines
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property industry
- Strong geographical understanding of the Derbyshire region and surrounding areas
- Enthusiastic & polite individual with excellent organisational skills
- Someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in sales roles
- I.T Literate - with the ability to use CRM systems & photography equipment
- Access to your own transport
