As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals enjoy meaningful experiences and maintain their independence.What You'll Be DoingYou'll provide holistic, person-centred support that includes:
Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
Supporting individuals to access community activities and social opportunities
Helping manage finances and administer medication
Promoting health, wellbeing, and positive outcomes in line with care plans and risk assessments
