They are seeking graduates to embark on a years contract working with children across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 to deliver interventions both 1-2-1 and in small groups to assist with every day learning, Maths, Reading & Writing.** Graduate Teaching Assistant - Primary School

** Teacher training from September 2026For this Graduate Teaching Assistant role, this Redbridge, London Primary School would be particularly interested in graduates who are wanting to pursue a career within education as either a Teacher, Educational Psychologist, Counsellor, Social worker or anything that relates to children. The are open to graduates with any degree type such as Maths, English, Science, Arts, Psychology, Education, Early Years Childhood Studies, Sociology, Criminology, Special needs, languages, etc. All degree types are useful within schools!Ideally for this role, you will have some experience working with children or have experience of a family member with additional needs etc. This is not essential for you to be successful in the role.The role itself will entail a mixture of general classroom duties assisting the class teacher as well as delivering interventions to small groups of children with their Maths, Reading & Writing as well as working 1:1 in assisting children who have mild special educational needs or English is their additional language.This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is looking for a career working with children.
