- Providing support to a busy team, handling diary, travel management and expenses
- Organising internal and external meetings and calls
- Helping to organise internal and external client entertainment/events
- Managing meeting rooms - booking and supplies
- Organising international and UK travel
- Create client invoices/Desk admin
- Min 2 years' experience in a Team Assistant/Secretary role, in a corporate firm, experience in Financial Services a plus!
- Must have some global diary travel management experience

- Ability to engage with people at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Good MS Office skills including Outlook
