Do you have experience working in education or supporting children with additional needs? We want to hear from you!We're currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across the Kirklees area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individual pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.The Role:As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will: * Provide tailored support to individual pupils, both in and out of the classroom
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans
  • Foster a positive, nurturing environment to help children thrive academically and emotionally
  • Support children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs
We're Looking For: * Experience working in schools or with children with additional needs (essential)
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
