Our schools are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supporting environment for all students, including those with special educational needs.About the role:
Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
Support student with SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning
Implement pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and manage any disruptions
Collaborate with support staff
Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students

About you:
Has experience working with children, preferably within an educational or coaching setting
Patient, empathetic and dedicated
Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning
Strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support young people
Adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to drive and have access to your own car, however not a necessity
