With a competitive salary and a Monday to Friday schedule!Job Summary:A vibrant and welcoming family based in Central London is seeking a full-time, live-out nanny to care for their smiley and engaging twins. This is a unique opportunity to join a household that places high value on emotional connection, creativity, and teamwork. The role includes general childcare, planning engaging activities, and maintaining a calm and organised child-friendly environment. The family is looking for someone who feels like part of the family – someone to grow with them for the long term.Job specification:
  • Provide high-quality, sole-charge care for young twins, supporting their daily routines and developmental milestones
  • Assist with weaning and the introduction of new foods
  • Plan and prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals for the children
  • Carry out all child-related housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying, and maintaining organised play and nursery areas
  • Manage bath time and bedtime routines with calm consistency
  • Plan and attend local activities such as sensory playgroups, baby/toddler classes, and outings to keep the children engaged and stimulated
  • Work closely with parents to plan weekly routines and contribute ideas for developmental play and outings
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful relationship within a supportive, communicative family environment
  • Flexibility to provide occasional babysitting, overtime, and proxy parenting as needed (all paid in addition to salary)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally with the family, including summer trips to their holiday home in the South of France
Candidate specification:
  • Warm, calm, and confident with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
  • Has interests and hobbies outside of nannying - enjoys a balanced lifestyle
  • Ideally experienced with multiples/twins and confident in multitasking
  • Strong understanding of developmental milestones and early childhood care
  • Must be a confident swimmer (family has a pool at their holiday home)
  • Enjoys planning engaging activities - music, sensory play, arts and crafts
  • Speaks a second language is a bonus
  • Looking for longevity and someone who wants to grow with the family
  • Confident Driver
