- HLTA Status (preferred)
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma (essential)
- Significant and recent experience working with SEN Complex needs pupils aged 4 - 19
- Experience supporting students with complex needs including PMLD, MSI, Sensory Impairment and ASC
- GCSE English and Maths grade c and above
- Strong communication and written skills as well as communication strategies for non-verbal students
- Can work as part of a multidisciplinary team or individually
- Experienced in working with students with a variety of physical abilities in a range of settings - classroom, gym, swimming pools etc.
- Right to work in the UK and a valid enhanced children and adults DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
