  • Conduct briefings and debriefings for drivers to ensure clear communication and understanding of daily operations.
  • Address and resolve driver queries promptly to maintain smooth transport operations.
  • Manage and report any vehicle defects according to established processes to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Monitor and provide reports on the Microlise SEB system to track performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and complete detailed reports for customers to keep them informed about transport activities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous transport industry experience is desirable.
